Helix's First VEX Robotics Team
After Helix's old robotics team ended around 2014, the Helix robotics program was brought back to life starting with the 2018-2019 school year. Now, we have a fully running Vex Robotics Team (Scot Bots 2 Electric Boogaloo) that will be competing this year in the Vex Robotics Competition.
With Support All Around Campus
Having so much work to do to start the program again, teachers, students, and administrators all contributed to the redevelopment of the Robotics Program at Helix High School. With help from Ms. Bycsek, Ms. Huy, Ms. Byrd, Mr. Dartland, Mr. Mac, Mrs. Trevino, Mr. Moore, Mrs. Harrington, and more, this was possible. Thank you to all!!!

Robotics is currently looking for mentors with experience in robotics that would be willing to help our teams and club. This includes; experience with programming, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and/or power tools.
